CMS Select supports you at the planning stage when you are modelling potential redundancies, during the implementation process, and through to successful completion of the transformation project. The focus is on achieving your business objectives in a legally watertight way.

Based on your specific situation, we evaluate various scenarios in CMS Select and identify an approach that fits your particular case. Options include compulsory redundancies, a voluntary redundancy programme with severance agreements, and early retirement schemes.

How does CMS Select work?

CMS Select essentially simulates the redundancy selection process. The relevant employee data (“social data”) is imported from Excel, stored on the platform and can be updated at any time, easily and transparently.

In addition to your direct CMS contact, we support you around the subsequent establishment of comparison groups by applying our technical processes and, if required, also by deploying appropriate project experts. The aim is to minimise complexity and take effective action. As soon as the preparation phase is complete, CMS Select calculates suggestions for legally compliant redundancy selection, based on numerous judgments handed down by the German Federal Employment Court and regional employment courts. This data is used to find a court-approved weighting for the social data (scoring matrix) that offers maximum congruence with your objectives. The findings feed into the subsequent advisory, negotiation and implementation process. 

Individual employment law measures can also be reviewed in CMS Select, in addition to extensive transformation projects.
