Jade is an Associate in the Corporate Group. She trained in the CMS Corporate departments in London and Dubai, prior to qualifying in February 2023.

Her experience includes advising on private and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, capital raising, venture capital and reorganisations, as well as assisting clients on their ongoing corporate and commercial activities. Jade has a particular focus on advising on media, entertainment, technology and consumer transactions.

Before joining CMS, Jade worked at two magic circle law firms in London and Dubai. She has also undertaken a client secondment at Amazon in 2022.
