Alice Frydl is a senior associate in the Corporate Transactions group. She has advised on both domestic and cross border transactions in a variety of sectors including Lifesciences, Hotels & Leisure, Energy, Real Estate and Consumer Products. Her specialisms include equity capital markets transactions, public and private M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations and general corporate law advice.
