Florentin is active in contentious and non-contentious matters in various areas of expertise including media, advertising, entertainment, copyright, data protection, e-commerce, trademarks and business law. He has developed a strong practice in advising on production and exploitation of audiovisual, cinematographic, musical, literary and advertising works.

Florentin, who joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2017, has been a member of the Bar since 2007. He debuted as an associate in the intellectual property team at Denton Wilde Sapte’s Paris office where he practiced mainly trademarks and copyright. Then, he joined the boutique law firms Borowsky & de Baecque and OX Avocats where he engaged in a large activity covering various cultural sectors such as cinema, television, advertising, music, book publishing and art.
