Helena Loretan works as an associate specializing in real estate law.

She advises on real estate transactions (acquisitions and sales) as well as on the development and realisation of real estate projects.

Her professional activities include the legal due diligence of properties, the drafting and negotiation of contracts (in particular purchase, construction and lease agreements as well as ground leases and easements) and the assistance with all questions related to the realisation of real estate projects.

Helena Loretan studied law at the University of Zurich and graduated in 2019. Subsequently, she worked as a trainee lawyer at CMS and completed a court internship at the Supreme Court of Schaffhausen.

After her admission to the bar, Helena Loretan re-joined our firm in May 2022.

With this acquisition, ISS seeks to strengthen its position as leading provider of comprehensive facility management services in Switzerland. There are synergies in the customer base and new competencies in the areas of hotel services and hygiene management for pools and wellness areas. With the FM Academy, gammaRenax also has profound expertise in training and further education in areas such as hygiene management, property maintenance and building services. These specialisations will complement the services offered by ISS Switzerland and provide the customers of both companies with an extended range of high-quality services. On 31 October 2023, Renais­sance, to­geth­er with industry expert Daniel Lippuner and the management of Heberlein AG, acquired the entire business operations of Heberlein AG. The acquired business will continue to operate unchanged at its current location in Wattwil with the existing management and all employees under the name Heberlein Technology AG. Heberlein was founded in 1835 and has established itself as a leading provider of nozzles for synthetic continuous yarns worldwide, developing, manufacturing, and distributing key components for the chemical fiber industry, with approximately 80 employees. Renais­sance, based in Lausanne, was founded by pension funds for pension funds and has been investing in unlisted Swiss SMEs for over 20 years.A team from CMS, led by Alain Raemy, provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to Renaissance in this transaction.
