Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the hotel and leisure industry at an unprecedented rate. Attendees will learn how to protect their businesses while leveraging AI to their advantage at the same time.   As a first step, business professionals need to consider what the risk is of implementing an AI system in their daily operations. The AI Act, which is in its final legislative stages, will classify AI systems into four risk categories: prohibited, high-risk, limited risk, and minimal risk. For instance, high-risk AI systems will be subject to strict regulatory requirements.
