Innocentia is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at CMS South Africa. 

She has wide ranging expertise with 10 years PQE specialising in general commercial litigation, engineering and construction litigation, insolvencies, business rescue and corporate restructuring.

Innocentia started her career at Werksmans Attorneys as a Candidate Attorney in January 2012 and worked as a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department until September 2020.

Prior to joining CMS, she was a Senior Legal Advisor in the Recoveries, Business Rescue & Insolvencies Department at the Industrial Development Corporation SOC Ltd for three years, where she advised on numerous restructures and business rescues.
