Energy Labour

Our recent experience related to labour projects includes:

• Solgas: Solgas has commissioned us to handle more than 180 labour proceedings and administrative procedures. These actions deal with a range of different matters, including, but not limited to, reinstatement of employment, reimbursement of social benefits, compensation for arbitrary dismissal, compensation for damages caused by work accidents and/or occupational diseases, nullity of dismissal, and questioning of fines imposed by the labour authority.
• Petrex S.A.: Representation of PETREX S.A., a subsidiary of SAIPEM, one of the world’s largest oilfield services companies, in a package of more than 550 judicial proceedings.
• Compañía Operadora de Gas S.A.C. – COGA: Advice on the preparation and implementation of the Policy for the Prevention and Treatment of Conflicts of Interest, which aims to establish guidelines to allow companies to identify, evaluate, and provide a timely response to the risks of internal and external conflicts of interest to which they are exposed.
