Gábor Bertók joined the commercial group of CMS Budapest as an associate in 2020. He has extensive experience in general commercial and corporate law matters, intellectual property law (copyright, trademark and domain), and data protection and IP litigation. Gábor has been a member of the Budapest Bar Association since 2017.

Before joining CMS, he gained experience working for a reputable domestic law firm specialising in intellectual property law. He has also been a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology group at a leading international law firm during his career.

In 2019, he was recommended by Legal 500 in the IP (Intellectual Property Rights) and TMT (Telecommunications, Media and Technology) categories.
