Paul has over 25 years of experience specialising in equity capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions (both public and private) with a particular focus on the TMC and Real Estate sectors. His equity capital markets work sees him regularly advising clients on lPOs and secondary offerings. He also advises bidders, targets and management teams on public M&A transactions.

Paul is interested in working with fast growing companies, helping them through their life cycle and the challenges they face; examples include acting for CityFibre, the UK’s largest alternative provider of wholesale fibre network infrastructure, on their growth from start up to listing on the AlM market, through various public equity fundraisings and acquisitions, to their take private in 2018 and beyond.
