Mike is a partner in our Finance and Restructuring team. He advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of transactions and has particular experience in real estate finance and structured finance in the UK and continental Europe.

Mike has undertaken client secondments to Bayern London Branch and GE Real Estate where he advised on restructuring their UK and European loan books.

  • Dekabank on senior lending secured against properties in the retail and office sector.
  • Global Student Accommodation on debt facilities relating to the acquisition of a portfolio from Oaktree Capital Management in the largest student accommodation deal of 2016.
