Kate is a partner in the Corporate Transactions team, with particular expertise advising on transactions in the life sciences and technology sectors. Kate works with both private and public companies on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and capital market transactions, acting for both issuers and financial institutions in relation to equity offerings on the Main Market and AIM.
