The CMS.LAW website International provides public access to information about CMS’s international organisation of independent member firms.
The Legal User Interface (LUI) feature is the digital interface of the CMS.LAW website through which users can access information about CMS, its member firms, legal services, publications and contact details, and subscribe to updates.
The website also provides a means of contacting professionals within the CMS organisation of independent member firms.
The website is operated by CMS Legal Services EEIG/EWIV (“CMS Legal Services”) together with the CMS Member Firms.

The CMS.LAW website is designed to be accessible and user-friendly, aiming to provide equal access to all visitors regardless of their abilities. The website incorporates features to enhance usability for individuals with disabilities ensuring that key information about CMS’s member firms is readily available.
Accessibility steps for users include clear navigation menus, consistent page layouts, and visible links for contacting professionals within the CMS organisation. Users can easily locate information about legal services, practice areas, and firm contacts through logical organisation and accessible page design.
Accessibility compliance
Efforts are underway to improve the CMS.LAW website accessibility with regards to the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines” - WCAG 2.1 AA, per the requirements of the BFSG and the Accessibility Enhancement Ordinance - BFSGV.
The CMS.LAW website has been audited with the support of third-party accessibility experts to identify accessibility barriers.
CMS Legal Services is actively engaging with accessibility partners to further improve accessibility and implement compliant accessibility changes to the CMS.LAW website.
