CMS Grau advises BCP on financing for logistics condominium project in Jorge Chávez Airport

CMS Grau advised Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) as lender and arranger of a medium-term loan of up to around US$ 20 MM granted in favor of Inmobiliaria Koricancha S.A. (IKSA), for the financing of investments related to the design and construction of a logistics condominium project at the new terminal of Jorge Chávez Airport (the "Loan").

IKSA is a company belonging to Grupo Sandoval and is mainly involved in the construction and management of real estate projects, including logistics platforms, and has more than 15 years of experience in the air sector. IKSA owns and operates the Lima Cargo City Logistics Center.

The Loan will be backed by a guarantees package consisting of cash flows and real property assets that are part of the Lima Cargo City Logistics Center, as well as the future cash flows of the financed project.

The closing of the transaction took place on February 27, 2024, while the funds were disbursed by BCP in favor of IKSA on March 14, 2024.
