ESG

Nowadays, various environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria are a top priority matters in governmental projects and corporate regulations all around the world, as well as in the everyday lives of all of us.

Our firm is located in Monaco - a very narrow territory that represents a continuous challenge in terms of environmental preservation. Sustainable development issues are at the forefront of the Monegasque State's policy, with the objective of creating a sustainable and responsible city. The Government’s actions are focused on biodiversity, resource management and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Having signed the National Energy Transition Pact of the Principality in 2019, we are up to date with the newest developments and initiatives. We are also aware of global trends shared regularly within the CMS network with offices in 43 countries around the world.

Our teams are following all new information concerning ESG issues and are at your disposal for any question related to these fundamental subjects. Do not hesitate to contact us if we can help!
