Dietmar Rahlmeyer‘s practice concentrates on antitrust, compliance and commercial law matters. He has long-standing experience advising his clients on and representing them in cartel fine proceedings as well as in abuse and merger control proceedings, including a number of prominent German cartel cases, among others, in the railroad, food, building materials and consumer goods sectors. Drafting and setting up distribution systems and contracts is another area of expertise and in this context, Dietmar’s clients can benefit from his related antitrust and general commercial law know-how.

After a stint with Bruckhaus (now Freshfields), he joined Schäfer Wipprecht Schickert, which later merged with CMS, in 1992 and became a partner in 1994.
