Mirosław Sadowski is an associate in the CMS Real Estate and Construction Department.

Mirosław specialises in real property and construction law, including real property due diligence, legal support for real property transactions and insurance and the construction process, in particular administrative proceedings, claims management under infrastructure contracts based on FIDIC model contracts, as well as contract and litigation advice associated with this.

Prior to joining CMS, Mirosław worked at Hogan Lovells, where he dealt with transactions related to real property law. 

Additionally, Mirosław is an architect engineer, and currently a PhD student at the Chair of Administrative Law and Administration Science of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
