Magdalena Czenko, a Polish-qualified attorney-at-law, is a senior associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Department at CMS Poland.

Her specialist areas include legal advice on infrastructural investment projects, including those carried out under the public procurement procedure. Her experience includes in particular the stage of drawing up contracts and negotiating them. She has also provided comprehensive, ongoing support to clients at the stage of carrying out investments. 

She gained professional experience particularly when working for clients from the water supply-sewerage and energy industry, as well as the public transport sector – both in infrastructural projects and court and administrative proceedings. She has also provided ongoing support to these entities by preparing analyses and legal opinions on contract law. 

She is the author of an award-winning MA thesis on civil liability for damage caused by the movement of autonomous vehicles.
