Karolina Bandzul-Król is a Polish-qualified advocate and a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance Department at CMS.

Karolina specialises in financial transactions, civil and corporate law.

Karolina has experience in advising Polish and foreign banks, financial institutions and borrowers on domestic and cross-border finance transactions, with particular focus on real estate financing transactions. Her experience includes preparation and negotiation of finance documents, also in accordance with LMA standards, overseeing the fulfilment of conditions for credit disbursements, drafting contracts, legal opinions and memoranda as well as managing due diligence processes in the field of banking & finance.

Before joining CMS, Karolina gained her experience in international law firms operating on the Polish market including Dentons.
