Agata is an attorney-at-law and an Associate in the Warsaw trade marks and design team integrated into the CMS London office.

Agata specialises in intellectual property law and has experience advising clients on the full spectrum of IP rights, including trade marks, designs, unfair competition and information technology. Agata is qualified as a legal advisor in Poland and holds a Diplomjurist and 1.Staastexamen title obtained in Germany. She has represented clients before civil and administrative courts, arbitration courts, as well as in disputes and cases pending before the Polish Patent Office, EUIPO and WIPO. She has advised leading companies in the technology, media, consumer products, automotive and pharmaceutical industries on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.
