 Join us for a half-day conference where we will consider a wide variety of issues relevant to in-house legal representatives and those in the wider business who are involved in contract drafting and management – including an opportunity to network with your peers and get some CPD hours logged early in the year!   The event will focus on areas to bear in mind when considering contract terms in the offshore industries, to ensure your contracts appropriately address future risks that may impact your project or schedule.  We are confident this will be time well spent for all of those working in the sector, no matter the size or scope of their business.   The event will conclude with a lunch for all attendees, providing an opportunity to net­work.   There is no charge to attend the conference, and spaces are available on a first come first served basis so we encourage early registration.  Can we ask you to register by 26 April 2024 at the latest.  

 Our annual Professional Indemnity Seminar for insurance professionals is taking place on Wednesday 12 June 2024. This year we will be considering whether Professional Indemnity claims are becoming harder and more expensive to defend and, if they are, what steps Insurers and Insureds can take to mitigate against this.
